The 2010 Ormstown Branches & Roots Folk Music Festival will take place from Friday September 24th through to Sunday September 26th at the Ormstown Fairgrounds.

Once again this year, we are part of the province-wide Journees de Culture and feature an interactive exhibit of local crafts-people and artisans that offer activities for visitors of all ages.

Wood sculpting, wood turning, drum-making, quilting, artisanal soaps and candles are just some of the local crafts that will be demonstrated in the exhibit which runs from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on Saturday September 25th in the ground floor of the Industrial Building.

Children will be kept busy with a supervised craft area, face painting, and both young and old can partake in a new "Build a Ukelele" program.
